What truly sets Nubed apart is its patented support system. Inside, hundreds of minisprings made of high resilience foam create independent resting minizones. One common issue with foam mattresses is poor ventilation, leading to discomfort and overheating. Nubed tackles this problem head-on. Its interior design allows for optimal airflow, ensuring a cooler and more refreshing sleep environment. No more tossing and turning due to excessive heat.

The realization of Nubed involved a meticulous process. Fuentes utilized CAD software to design the core and comfort layers, incorporating ergonomic principles to optimize functionality. Each layer was then cut using a CNC contouring machine from a high resilience polyurethane foam block. The layers were seamlessly joined together using hotmelt adhesive. The final touch was the creation of a polyester stretch fabric cover, meticulously cut and sewn to perfection.

Measuring 1350 x 1900 x 220 mm, Nubed offers a full-size sleep experience that caters to individuals seeking the ultimate blend of comfort and support. Whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach, Nubed's minisprings adapt to your body, providing the ideal amount of pressure relief and support.

Designed and crafted in Mexico City, the Nubed project commenced in 2019 and reached its completion in 2021. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted to ensure the mattress's efficacy. Fuentes meticulously analyzed the body's weight distribution and calculated the support forces required to create different comfort areas.
